Leeds Schools Library Service supports independent reading and learning by providing advice, support and loans of materials to schools in the Leeds area.

Our services include

  • Loans of high quality books for your classroom or library - exchanged regularly
  • Books to meet special requests - dual language and large print
  • Active promotion of books and reading for pleasure in schools by our staff – Leeds Book Awards and Chatterbooks 
  • Offering advice and hands on support to develop and improve your school library
