As a LeedsCard member you also receive the LeedsCard Magazine three times a year giving you everything you need to know about where you can use your card as well as information about new things to see and do in Leeds, special offers, competitions and much more.
LeedsCard membership cards
Four different membership cards are currently available
LeedsCard- £7.50 per year. Available to all people aged 19-59 inclusive.
LeedsCard Extra* - £2 per year. Available to Leeds residents in receipt of certain income or disability related benefits (see LeedsCard application form).
LeedsCard 60* - £2. Available to all people aged 60 or over.
LeedsCard 60 Extra* - £2. Available to all Leeds residents aged 60 and over in receipt of certain income or disability related benefits (see LeedsCard application form).

Don’t forget there is also Breezecard – our free leisure membership scheme available to young people aged 18 and under.
How to apply
Visit the LeedsCard team at the One Stop Centre, 2 Great George Street in the centre of Leeds to complete an application form and have your photograph taken for your card free of charge. If you are applying for a LeedsCard Extra or LeedsCard 60 you may need to bring a proof of address, age or benefit (see the LeedsCard application form for more details). We are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4pm and Friday 9.30am – 4pm. Please note we are closed at weekends and bank holidays, as well as Christmas Eve and New Years Eve if these fall within our usual opening hours.
Download an application form and hand it in to any Leeds City Council leisure centre and selected libraries (see application form) with a recent passport photograph. If you are applying for a discounted LeedsCard membership please check the LeedsCard application form if you need to bring a proof of age, address or benefit.
Keep your LeedsCard with you as you will need to show it to staff to claim your discount or special offer. If you are booking by telephone please have your LeedsCard number ready.
How to renew your card
You can renew your LeedsCard online if you have a card showing a prefix of ‘LC’ before your eight digit membership number and you are under the age of 60 at the time of application. For all other card types please contact the LeedsCard office on 0113 224 3636.
