This page contains a copy of the annual report we produce every year for tenants. It contains information about how the Arms Length Management Organisations have performed in Leeds. The report was written and edited by the Leeds Tenants’ Federation.
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the government body who regulate social housing providers across England. It was set up to raise standards of service for council and housing association tenants.
After listening to the views of tenants from across the country, the TSA came up with national standards. All councils and housing associations in England have to meet them.
In 2010 we consulted tenants about these standards. This year we have developed, some of the minimum standards the Tenant Services Authority expects us to meet. In our report we will look at each standard and how we have performed and information about how the ALMOs and Belle Isle Tenant Management Organisation are doing.

The figures in this report come from the Tenants STATUS Surveys 2008 /09 and 200/10, and our Housing Management Information Systems (HMIS).
