Leeds Waterfront Strategy

The Waterfront Strategy is the key document to guide the regeneration of Leeds waterfront. It aims to:

  • develop a strategic vision for the area
  • provide a framework to deliver this vision
  • develop a co-ordinated approach to development and marketing of the waterway

The supplementary planning document was produced in 2002 and, to take account of the changes since then, a partial review of the strategy was undertaken in 2006.
