Education Leeds has a special anti-bullying website called 'tomorrow can be better'. It contains lots of helpful, practical advice for young people and parents on what to do about bullying at school.
The government's Department for Education and Skills (DfES) also has a website called 'don't suffer in silence'. It's packed with new ideas, practical techniques and the valuable experiences of those who have been bullied, or have even bullied others, to demonstrate that you need not suffer in silence.
Education Leeds' behaviour and inclusion support team work in partnership with schools to support pupils with challenging behaviour and manage school behaviour initiatives and developments.
For specialist advice, the team can be contacted on 0113 395 1100.
Bullying by mobile phone and the internet
Bullying does not have to be face to face and bullies can use abusive text messages or the internet and email.
The NCH, the children's charity, has an interactive website stoptextbully where you can get help and advice.
You can also find information and advice on the NCH website.
