To renew (extend the loan on) your library books by phone or online you can:
- Ring 0845 1207271, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your library card number and book barcode numbers ready as it is an automated service.
- If you need help, hold the line to speak to a member of staff during these opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am – 8pm, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 5pm.
- Renew your books online. You need to set up an account by obtaining a PIN (personal identification number) from your library.
