Second grant scheme complete

Work at 138 Chapeltown Road is now complete and the building will start opperating as a day nursery this month.

Grant application for heritage shopfronts approved 

A grant application has been approved to install heritage shopfronts to 105 (Union105, East Street Arts) and 113-117 (Unity Housing Association) Chapeltown Road. Hopefully work will start in March 2012.

First grant scheme complete 

152 Chapeltown Road has been successfully refurbished using THI grant funding with many fine architectural details repaired and replaced.

Mrs Paul plaque unveiled 

Over 200 attended to see the blue plaque for Mrs Paul unveiled at Braken Edge School.

Plaque for Sir Charles Wilson 

The first Chapeltown blue plaque was unveiled on 18 May 2011 celebrating the outstanding contribution to the success and growth of Leeds made by Sir Charles Wilson.
