Mentoring refugees into employment

This is a project run by Leeds Metropolitan University in partnership with the Refugee Council Leeds, St George's Crypt and RETAS. University staff provide individual mentoring to refugees who are actively seeking work or wishing to gain further qualifications. Pairings are formed between participants with similar professional/occupational backgrounds. Refugees are referred to the project via the partner organisations.
