Leeds City Council takes its obligation to consult with all service users across the city very seriously. We listen to what you think about our services so that we know what needs to be improved and what you are happy with, or where you are not happy.

Community Engagement is a broad term used to describe the different ways we communicate, consult, involve and encourage participation from communities.

 You can go to Talking Point, our consultation portal. It will help us co-ordinate and deliver our community engagement activities more effectively, so you have a say in the way your services are delivered.
