What do we do?
We provide a 24-hour service that operates 365 day a year. The service offers an extensive range of security services that are designed to help both reduce the risk of loss of council’s assets, and to maintain a high level of safety, to staff and service users within or upon council buildings and premises.

- System planning, technical and general security advice
- Intruder,fire, panic alarm installation and maintenance
- CCTV, door access system installation and maintenance
- Emergency engineer callout
24-hour alarm monitoring and keyholding
- Remote monitoring of intruder, fire, panic alarm and CCTV systems
- Lone worker monitoring
- Secure key-holding facilities
Mobile patrol and incident response
- City wide patrolling and premises checks
- 24-hour alarm response teams
- Community safety patrol teams.
