The Adaptations Agency is a division within Leeds City Council who can provide and manage your Disabled Facility Grant (DFG). We are a team of professionals comprising of Surveyors, Customer Support Officers (CSO), Management and Support Staff, working closely with Leeds City Council’s Occupational Therapists.
