Hate incident reporting centre - A hate incident is any incident that the victim or any other person believes has been motivated by hatred of race, disability, faith or sexual orientation . You can report hate incidents at a one stop centre rather than at a police station. We work with West Yorkshire Police, Stop Hate UK, Victim Support and Yorkshire MESMAC (sexual health project).

Shopmobility - You can borrow a scooter (motorised wheelchairs) from us for shopping in Wetherby town centre. The scooters are free and we will give basic training before you use one. Please telephone 0113 224 3669 to book a scooter.

Registrar - The Registrar holds appointments from 1.30pm to 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for registration of births and deaths. To make an appointment please telephone 0113 2224408.

WRVS Womens Royal Voluntary Service, giving general help and care in the community and providing hot and frozen meals.

Welfare Rights - Advice surgeries for people needing help and advice with welfare benefits and rights. Surgeries are held on alternate Wednesdays from 10.00 am - 12.30 pm. Surgeries are by appointment only so please telephone 0113 214 9006 or ask a member of staff at the centre to book you an appointment.

Wetherby in Support of the Elderly (WiSE) - providing advice and information to elderly people on social activities, health, housing and benefits.
There is an Age Concern outreach service on Tuesdays (10am to 1.30pm) and Thursdays (12pm to 3.30pm), providing advice and information on local services, benefits, form completion and health/social care.
