Following a successful three-month pilot, a new appointments system is now officially in use at the City Centre One Stop, one of 15 one stop centres in Contact Leeds.
Customers can now book a 30-minute appointment with a customer service officer to discuss enquiries about council tax, council tax benefit, or housing benefit. Appointments can be made in person at the one stop centre at 2 Great George Street, or by calling the contact centre on 0113 2224404 (benefits and council tax enquiries).
