Influence Strategic Decision and be a voice fro the sector. Strategic decisions within Leeds are taken within a partnership framework. Key aims and priorities for the City are found within the Vision for Leeds 2004-2020 - a strategy that sets out there long-term aspirations. In order for this to be delivered a partnership plan has been developed called the Leeds Strategic Plan. There are a number of working groups set up to deliver the Vision for Leeds and form part of the Local Strategic Partnership; The Leeds Initiative.
